This includes submitting your email address in our “Try a Test” forms. We may periodically follow up with you regarding our products or services. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those communications.

Email that you send EmployTest is not necessarily secure against interception. If your communication includes sensitive information, please contact us by mail or telephone.

These sites have separate and independent privacy policies, and EmployTest is not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We welcome feedback regarding links on our website.

Assessment results and other assessment-related information processed by EmployTest on behalf of an employer or other customer are maintained on behalf of that customer. Requests relating to assessment results or other customer-controlled records should be directed to the employer or organization that requested the assessment. Where required by applicable law, EmployTest will assist its customers in responding to such requests.

EmployTest will retain personal and business data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the business purposes of customers and our internal operations, including to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain appropriate business records and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
