What the Score Report Shows
The report uses a color-coded gauge which shows applicants’ low, moderate, or strong alignment with success traits. A percentile bar compares their results to other test takers.
Each score reflects performance across four traits: Achievement Orientation, Conscientiousness, Sales-Customer Focus, and Service Orientation.
