Score Report Overview
The score report uses a color-coded scale showing applicants’ alignment with critical clinical traits. Each trait is percentile scored and grouped into red (Not a Strength), yellow (Adequate Strength), or green (Substantial Strength).
The clinical role pre-employment test evaluates five core areas: Respect, Communication, Patient Centricity, Quality Orientation, and Service Orientation.
These scores help identify who’s likely to excel in patient-facing environments and include Follow-up Interview Questions, which are ideal for deeper insight before making a final decision.
